Gnocchi alla romana

As you know, I am a student of Italian philology, and as it's not hard to guess, I'm a big fan of this cuisine.
Today I would like to introduce you to one of my favourite Roman specialties: Gnocchi alla romanana! I ate this dish for the first time in Italy and found the recipe in an Italian cookbook.

What do you need?
250g semolina, 1l milk, 120g butter, 50g grated parmesan cheese, 50g grated cheese and salt.

First pour the milk into a pot, add 50g of butter and a pinch of salt. When the milk starts to boil, pour in the semolina and start mixing immediately, so that no lumps appear. Cook everything for about 20 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat, add a spoonful of Parmesan cheese and a spoonful of grated cheese.  Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Pour the mixture onto a slightly moistened flat surface, e.g. a baking tray.
When the mass cools down and hardens with a small glass (also moistened with water), cut out circles from it. Then prepare a flat dish - spread it with butter, put the circles on it, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and put in the oven preheated to 220 degrees Celsius. After 15-20, when the golden skin appears on the top, serve and enjoy the delicious food.
